RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Every student must possess a school almanac which should be brought to the school daily.
2. The school expects a child to attend classes regularly. If a child remains absent for more than 2 days, the facilitator should be informed in writing at the earliest and if a child is absent due to illness for more than 3 days, parents need to submit a medical certificate.
3. Leave application, sick leave, etc. need to be communicated to the facilitator through the school almanac.
4. Absentees should bring their absence record signed by their parents/guardians the next day.
5. No student will be allowed to leave the school before the scheduled hours unless a valid reason is cited.
6. Any damage done to the school property will be held responsible by the student concerned.
7. Any electronic gadgets like mobile phone, iPod, camera, etc. are not allowed to be brought into the school campus without prior permission. If caught, it will be confiscated and will not be returned till the end of the term.
8. No books, newspapers or periodicals other than textbooks and library books should be brought to the school.
9. Any kind of intoxicant substances like chewing pan, tobacco, talab, alcohol, cigarette, etc. are strictly prohibited inside the school campus. Offenders are liable to be dismissed without any prior warning.
10. The school shall not be responsible for the activities indulged by the students outside the school campus.
11. It is not advisable for the students to bring large sum of money or valuable articles with them.
12. The class teacher will take care to see that book, etc. are not lost but the class teacher will not be responsible for the loss.
13. Borrowing & lending of money, text books, exercise books, stationary items among students are not encouraged in school.
14. A student caught stealing or using unfair means during examination will be expelled
from the school.
15. Students who are found forging their parent’s/guardian’s signature will be considered as
an offence for which necessary action will be taken up.
16. In order to improve the standard of Spoken English, the students are encouraged to
speak English inside the school campus.
17. Every class is under the surveillance of CCTV; therefore, students are expected to maintain good discipline and give full co-operation to the rules and regulations of the school.
